Whether pledge of movable property (eg:- bank fixed deposit) is covered under the expression 'interest' used in section 2(16) of the Companies Act,2013.

If for the financial year 2013-14 auditor is appointed on or before 30th Sept.2013. Till today intimation for appointment not filed in form 23B.
Now in which form intimation will be given. As the form is not available on the MCA site.

What are the provisions regarding a company take a loan from its director under new companies act? Is there any limit regarding rate of interest ceiling for the same?

One of our client is Private limited company is taking loan from a banking company against mortgaging assets.
Now according to companies act 2013 section 180 applies on public as well as private companies.
should we pass special resolution according to section 180 (1)(c)as well according 180 (1) (a)..?

my querey is regarding share allotment where one company (pvt ltd) held the share allotment money for more than 7 yrs notice has been issued by MCA stating to transfer amount to IEPF.now can we make allotment

Please note i increased the authorised capital of my company from Rs.50 lakhs to Rs. 3 crore on March 20th 2014. I was unable to upload the form during april due to improper functioning of MCA site. The applicable fees for the increase was Rs.1.5 lakhs as per the old Fess chart but now wen i am uploading the form i have to pay Rs. 2.7 lakhs. Is there any way i can get refund of the same as my form date is 20th March and this is due to the MCA site problem for which the form was nor uploaded.Further please note that the fees as per the new slab as per my calculation comes to 2 lakhs but when I upload the form it comes to 2.7 lakhs, so please expain me the calculation of the same.
