and ADT-1 is available in Companies (Audit& Auditors)Rules,2014.

Form GNL-2 does not have a column for filing appointmet of auditors....can u tell me the procedure.ADT-1 should be manually signed is it?

26 May 2014 ADT-1 may be manually signed. In GNL-2 select 'others' in column 3. In column 4 fill up 'appointment of auditors'. Select 5 in attachments to attach ADT-1 and proceed.
