I want to self study for ipcc law nov 2014. Which books can be referred for the amendment in company law? I have attended coaching for the earlier company law, and have a good knowledge about it.

Is new companies act 2013applicable for nov-2014

good afternoon sir/medam, is the new companies act 2013 applicable for nov-2014 ipc exam if yes are the students exempted who have registered under old companies act 1956 because some of them are saying there are getting exemption for up to 3 attempts please reply me as soon as possible.!

Change in auditor eform

The casual vacancy filled due to resignation of earlier auditor. But EForm ADT 1 and ADT 3 has not released by MCA then how should we comply with the provision?? plz give solution

I have a doubt regarding MCA website.

Does the MCA site Data base contain all the companies registered from 1956 to till date.

Can any one explain how to check the genuineness of companies existence as an outsider of company

Non compliance of company law
