The name of Private Ltd company was strike off by ROC.
Can the said company still carry on business and maintain the bank account?
What is the present status of the said company?

Can't carry business and bank account since struck off means dissolved by virtue of section 560(5)/ 248(5) of the Companies Act,1956/ Companies Act,2013.
