hi there. .i have completed my 30% syllabus of cs executive. i wanted to complete my full course before month of oct.14.i m working hence not getting full day for study. if you can suggest me some time table or any other way to cmplete full syllabus. i will appear in dec 14. pls suggest as soon as possible. i m ready to put resignation also.......

A Pvt Ltd Co. is incorporated on 15.03.2014 and there is not a single business transaction till 31.03.2014. Please tell me with ref to companies act that whether there is requirement of Statutory audit for the FY 2013-14 or not?
