18 August 2014 Mr.X is individual Auditor of ABC LTD for Last 5,6 year now According to Companies Act 2013.He is eligible or not for continue as Auditor of ABC Ltd.

an individual auditor has been
functioning as auditor in the same
company- 5 years (or more than 5 years)

B. Maximum number of
consecutive years for which he
may be appointed in the same
company (including transitional
period)- 3 years

C. Aggregate period which the
auditor would complete in the
same company in view of
A and B above- 8 years or more
