IS CA/CS CERTIFICATION REQUIRED IN DIR-12 FOR APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR?
WHILE FILLING FORM IT DOES NOT GET CLICK ON TAT MARK FOR CA CERTIFICATION.

Certification is required. Problem may be in your PC or due to MCA site up-gradation /maintenance going on now a days.
