17 August 2014 Is there any restriction to open account in co-operative bank by a private company in company act 2013

17 August 2014 As per my opinion there is no restriction on a company to open bank account in co-operative bank.

Plz have a chat with bank officials for the procedure.

18 August 2014 Agree with Learned Expert. There is no such restriction under Companies Act 2013. But i have never seen Bank Account of any Company with co-operative Bank. Please check from co-operative bank if there is any restriction for co-operative bank to open the Company account.

18 August 2014 there is no restriction. many of my company audit clients have bank account with cooperative banks.
