What to do if company has already given loan to his directors before said section come into existance???

1. Is it mandatory to fill significance of key or coined word in INC-1??
2. Suppose I wish to get name approval Nids packing private limited,can i write in significance nids is nick name of promoter and packing refers to covering goods in packets or boxes??
3. can there be objection if some trademark is registered by some one having word packing. ??
