Please guide me on Company name Approval

1. Is it mandatory to fill significance of key or coined word in INC-1??
2. Suppose I wish to get name approval Nids packing private limited,can i write in significance nids is nick name of promoter and packing refers to covering goods in packets or boxes??
3. can there be objection if some trademark is registered by some one having word packing. ??

Please guide and enlighten me

Can we incorporate a private limited company with 1 lac of authorised capital with Main Object related to Cement and food product business.

I just wanted to know,

Whether as per new companies act 2013,should all companies should follow the method of useful life i.e SLM basis.

If any company is following WDV basis for the past years,will that company will need to change the method to SLM mandatorily.

If not please provide the guidance for preparing the Depreciation Schedule as per companies act 2013.

Our company is a software co. the Managing Director of the company is an Indian national.now he has been immigrant in United States and currently he has been citizen of United States of America.

So what is the maximum number of shares he can hold to the company. Is it 49% of shares or he can more than 49% share?
