29 June 2015 one more query is in a Private company 3 additional director were appointed on dated 03.02.2011 whose office was ceased on dated 227.9.2011 due to not regularised any of them now in f.y. 2014-15 same position is continue there name is continue in MCA side as a Additional director now problem is that how to regularised out of theses 3 director only 1 Director who is main director of compny & signed all of ROC form till today
