Can we file one form MGT-14 for two different dated falling within 30 days.

Is it compulsory to attach signed documents in the E-Forms. Because earlier we used to attach SD/- Copies.

Attachment size will increase to around 12 mb if we attach the scanned docs whereas the limit as per MCA guidelines is 2.5 MB.

For an Small Co. MGT-7 is to be filed Electronically for Annual Return. Is there any thing to be attached to it.

I have also received a MGT-7 in word format. So, whether I have to attach a signed physical copy of MGT-7. along with E-Form MGT-7 or MGT-7 stand alone is to be filed without any attachment.

One of the Designated Partner of LLP is Died as on 15.10.2014 and new appointment is to be done as on 15.04.2015 as a designated partner.

We have executed one Supplementary LLP Deed as on 15.04.2015 for both appointment and Death to file at MCA 21.

Query is may we file a single form 3 & 4 for both. or we have to file Form 3 & 4 (Two Time) Separately for Appointment and Death.

if we file both separately, then whether we need to execute another LLP Deed for Death of Designated Partner.

ADT-1 was filed earlier year for appointment of auditor for 5 years in which it is mentioned in point no. 4(f) -Period of Accounts for which appointed- 01/04/2014- 31/03/2015
in point no. 4(g)-Number of financial year to which appointment relates- 5 years.

whether above filing is correct?

My query is whether we have to file ADT- 1 again for ratification just because in previous ADT-1 the period of accounts mentioned is 01/04/2015- 31/03/2015.
