05 October 2015 can statutory auditor certify roc annual return forms like aoc-4 and mgt -7 ?

05 October 2015 Auditor can certify Form AOC-4. However, Auditor can not certify Form MGt-7

05 October 2015 As per provisions of Companies Act 2013, Annual Return can only be signed by Company Secretary in Employment or Practicing Company Secretary. Please refer the provisions.

whether certification of roc forms cover management consutancy as per new companies act which is restricted services to auditor

05 October 2015 Please check the Form MGT-7 again. Only Certification of CS can be done. Also, please check the provisions.

06 October 2015 It is not actually clear in the provisions but on a general sense, I think it can not be considered as management consultancy (restriction).

if form not specifically required cs certification then statutory auditor can cerify any roc form
