For an Small Co. MGT-7 is to be filed Electronically for Annual Return. Is there any thing to be attached to it.
I have also received a MGT-7 in word format. So, whether I have to attach a signed physical copy of MGT-7. along with E-Form MGT-7 or MGT-7 stand alone is to be filed without any attachment.
Please reply urgently. Thanks in advance.

No need to file attach signed Form MGT-7. Only eForm will do. However, you may need to attach list of Shareholders, if required.
