03 October 2015 Sir,
We had appointed as statutory auditor of the company in Annual General meeting of the Company. Please tell me whether NOC from previous auditor is required or not?

03 October 2015 Communication with the previous auditor is required.

Write a letter to the previous auditor asking for objection, if any.

You can wait for reply for a reasonable period of time.
