Respected Learned Members,
ADT-1 was filed earlier year for appointment of auditor for 5 years in which it is mentioned in point no. 4(f) -Period of Accounts for which appointed- 01/04/2014- 31/03/2015
in point no. 4(g)-Number of financial year to which appointment relates- 5 years.
whether above filing is correct?
My query is whether we have to file ADT- 1 again for ratification just because in previous ADT-1 the period of accounts mentioned is 01/04/2015- 31/03/2015.

Seems wrong.
ADT-1 has to be filed in which 4(f) may be filled in as 1/4/2015 to 31/3/2019.
Consequently 4(g) may be filled in as 4.
