Can we file one form MGT-14 for two different dated falling within 30 days.

I think it is not possible, because the form has option of mentioning only one date of BM or GM. Please check the form once.

Yes ,one form is enough for multiple events occurred with in 30 days of filing.

No you can't file one form for two different events occurring between 30 days reason in case of MGT 14 you have to mention the date of notice and date of passing of resolution in case both these dates are different then it's not possible.

My observation was from the 'instructions' given to MGT-14 and now I understand that the instruction does not match with the column of the form which hopefully get corrected as done in 24-9-2015 in MGT-7.
