Please Let me know the documents to be attached in AoC-4, in the case of a listed company, to be filing with MCA. Also which all documents need Signature instead of Sd/-

AFTER CLOSURE OF THE COMPANY, DIRECTOR'S DISQUALIFICATION PERSIST OR NOT, SPECIFICALLY U/S 164 (2)(DEFAULT IN FILING OF ANNUAL ACCOUNTS/ ANNUAL RETURN).

I have applied for co. name reservation in INC1 for name change after incorporation but unfortunately the time period of 60 days is completed. my question is that I have applied it on 02/10/2015 and they had issued it on 10/10/2015 then what will be the effective date. is there any option available to extend such time period.

1.Can an employee of a statutory auditors of a company, resign the firm and be appointed as internal auditor of the same company.

2.What are the qualification and Disqualification of Internal Auditors.

Are we suppose to pass board resolution for satisfaction of charge, where charge is created by bank on debtors of the company for bill discounting facility.the company has never used this facility and therefore decided to close this od facility.
