I would like to see which property is charged. MCA site just lists charge id , amount and institution. How do i get full details like what property is covered by charge.. etc..

Sir, I have to file the annual returns from the year 2010-11 to 2014-15 of a COMPANY NOT HAVING SHARE CAPITAL. Which forms I have to file every year and is there any implication of Disqualification of Directors for Non-compliance? And please explain me what are the forms I have to file each and every year including Appointment of Auditor?

i have recently incorpoeated pvt. ltd company with Rs.1Lakh capital (authorised and paidup) . there was some spelling mistakes happend in company name while applying name reservation which was based on registered trademark of proprietor and company in incorporated with spelling mistake name. I want to rectify the spelling mistake. please let me know the process, forms and documents to be filed with for correction of name. thanks CA. Heeralal

I have applied for co. name reservation in INC1 for name change after incorporation but unfortunately the time period of 60 days is completed. my question is that I have applied it on 02/10/2015 and they had issued it on 10/10/2015 then what will be the effective date. is there any option available to extend such time period.
