08 December 2015 Sir, I have to file the annual returns from the year 2010-11 to 2014-15 of a COMPANY NOT HAVING SHARE CAPITAL. Which forms I have to file every year and is there any implication of Disqualification of Directors for Non-compliance? And please explain me what are the forms I have to file each and every year including Appointment of Auditor?
