08 December 2015 i have recently incorpoeated pvt. ltd company with Rs.1Lakh capital (authorised and paidup) . there was some spelling mistakes happend in company name while applying name reservation which was based on registered trademark of proprietor and company in incorporated with spelling mistake name. I want to rectify the spelling mistake. please let me know the process, forms and documents to be filed with for correction of name. thanks CA. Heeralal
