what is time limit to revised return of 23 CA, 23CB and 20 b after filing. if any mistake found.

as we are aware that it is mentioned under act that in case of board meeting of small companies, atleast 90 days gap should be required to be kept, in case if meetings held in less than 90 days gap, then is there any remedy for corrections or any other way to bypassing such provisions.please guide respected experts.

My one client open a private limited company in the month of dec 2014. Till the date he does not appoint Any auditor or not kept any AGM, So please tell me the what should be procedure should I follow now?. what is last due date for ROC compliances. Please give me All details in brief.

there is a private limited company in which we need to appoint a person as managing director. Appointment will be made without any remuneration so sec 197 shall not be applicable.
Again section 196(4) and 196(5) are exempted for private limited companies so board approval will suffice in this case.
So in this case do we need to file MR1 and MGT14 or we need to file only DIR12?

For converting a Limited Co. to a Private Limited Co. My query is do we need to subscribe the MOA and AOA again since there are changes in these documents or the earlier members who have subscibed them at the time of Incorporation of Company can go ahead without resubscibing them.
