07 December 2015 A person is allowed to be Director of maximum 20 Companies whether the company is Dorment or Operational Company hence Yes A Directorship in Dorment Company whould be counted while reckoning Maximum 20 Number Directorship. and Maximum number of public company in which a person to be appointed as a Director shall not exceed 10
