08 December 2015 I have applied for co. name reservation in INC1 for name change after incorporation but unfortunately the time period of 60 days is completed. my question is that

I have applied it on 02/10/2015 and they had issued it on 10/10/2015 then what will be the effective date.

is there any option available to extend such time period.

08 December 2015 The effective date is 60 days from the date of approval of INC-1.

No there is no such provision to extend time period. You can re-apply INC-1 for the same.
