Roc getting details of charges

09 December 2015 Hi,
I would like to see which property is charged. MCA site just lists charge id , amount and institution. How do i get full details like what property is covered by charge.. etc..

09 December 2015 Dear Srinivas for viewing the details of the property charged you have to use the Public View option available on the MCA website. You have to log into the MCA site , pay Rs. 100/- for the company you want to view the details of assets. Download Form CHG-1 which is filed for creation and modification of Charge, in which complete details would be available.

09 December 2015 Thank you very much for quick reply. I had paid and when I see under my documents, i dont see any content in them.. they are just blank.. do I need to physically visit company office to see ROC doucments.

09 December 2015 No. You don't need to visit ROC office.

Please download all the documents properly. All the documents uploaded by company to ROC are available in public documents view option.

If you open the documents in any browser then it will not open. You must have adobe Reader installed in your computer for viewing documents.

09 December 2015 i have it adobe and document opens, I think i should have stated that.. the comments and other entries in the document are nil..
