Last AGM was held on 30th Sep 2014, so when is the auditor need to be appointed to audit the books of financial year 2014-15. And what all forms need to be uploaded along with ADT1 for such appointment.

Is their any other compliance which need to be done by a company besides below mentioned:-

1. A Board Meeting need to be called -with 30 days of Incorporation.
2. Appointment of Auditor -with 30 days of Incorporation,
3. Disclosure of Interest form MGT 14 - in the First Board Meeting
4. INC22 submission for situation of Company registered office -with 30 days of Incorporation,
5. Allotment of Shares -within 60 days of incorporation.

After logging in to mca website, when I see the Transaction status it shows as 'Sent for Resubmission' instead of 'Required Resubmission'. And when I click on Sent for Resubmission it just shows the status :-

Certificate/Letter not Available and I cannot see any further details beyond that as the option is disabled.
