I tried filing Form SH-7 on the MCA Portal. The form has got uploaded twice and the status shows as :
NOT PAID Pending for Payment
Payment not applicable Pending for Payment
against two SRN's. I did not make payment but want to upload the form again. What recourse is available ? On the MCA Helpline ino one is picking up calls.

What is the procedure to regularize additional directors (i.e. to change the designation of additional directors to directors) ? Also, do they have to resign first and then reappointed as directors?

A private company has issued further capital at premium of Rs. 90 per share.
Can the funds/Amount received by the Company on securities premium account be used for repayment of existing loan of the Company or for any other investment?

Please advice me the end use of the funds raised from issuing further capital.

The authorised share capital was 10Lakhs & 1Lakh was paidup during the company got incorporated. But while filing the annual accounts the paid up capital was 6 Lakhs, we filed the MGT 7 & AOC4 Accordingly, but we didnt file PAS 3 for the equal private placement. Will there be any problem in approval of MGT 7 & AOC4 ?
What will be consequences ?
