Regularization of additional directors

04 April 2016 What is the procedure to regularize additional directors (i.e. to change the designation of additional directors to directors) ? Also, do they have to resign first and then reappointed as directors?

04 April 2016 Pass a resolution at AGM for his regularization
File DIR - 12 within 30 days of AGM
In case of his resignation :- He can resign and consequently resolution of his resignation id filed
