06 April 2016 In case if you want to declare dividend any day other than AGM, then a Board can approve declaration of dividend.

As per Companies Act, 2013, amount of dividend shall be transferred to separate bank account within 5 days from the date of declaration. Such amount shall be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration. You are not required to file any form with ROC for this.

11 April 2016 what is interim dividend?? And there is any limit for declaretion of dividend under private companies?

12 April 2016 Dividend means a amount of dividend which a company wants to declare at any time between two AGMs. Please refer Section 123 for further details on the matter.
