I tried filing Form SH-7 on the MCA Portal. The form has got uploaded twice and the status shows as :
NOT PAID Pending for Payment
Payment not applicable Pending for Payment
against two SRN's. I did not make payment but want to upload the form again. What recourse is available ? On the MCA Helpline ino one is picking up calls.
Kindly Help.

I too face the same situation. Seems the server is not working properly. Form can't be uploaded again before the expiry of the SRN.

Now there is a facility in MCA to cancel the unpaid challan. So cancel it and upload the form afresh with out waiting for the date of expiry of challan.
