The authorised share capital was 10Lakhs & 1Lakh was paidup during the company got incorporated. But while filing the annual accounts the paid up capital was 6 Lakhs, we filed the MGT 7 & AOC4 Accordingly, but we didnt file PAS 3 for the equal private placement. Will there be any problem in approval of MGT 7 & AOC4 ? What will be consequences ?
