Last AGM was held on 30th Sep 2014, so when is the auditor need to be appointed to audit the books of financial year 2014-15. And what all forms need to be uploaded along with ADT1 for such appointment.

At 30/09/2014 AGM, auditor for 2014 -15 will be appointed.

1) copy of intimation sent by company to auditor seeking consent.
2) copy of consent and eligibility certificate issued to company by auditor.
3) copy of resolution passed for appointment.
