01 April 2016 Last AGM was held on 30th Sep 2014, so when is the auditor need to be appointed to audit the books of financial year 2014-15. And what all forms need to be uploaded along with ADT1 for such appointment.

01 April 2016 Attachment to ADT-1 are:-
1) copy of intimation sent by company to auditor seeking consent.
2) copy of consent and eligibility certificate issued to company by auditor.
3) copy of resolution passed for appointment.
