PL,Balance Sheet( Schedule Vi)
Directors Statement(As per Companies Act 2013),
Auditors Report(As Per Companies Act 2013)
Copy of Resolution at AGM, authorising filing of Annual accounts
Please guide me through the process of filing, and extra documents needed for filing.

1. Form MGT-14 Approval of Financial Statements by Board
2. Form ADT-1 Auditors Appointment (for Next FY)
3. Form MGT-7 (Annual Return)
4. Form AOC-4 (Annual Financial Statements)
