One of my friend sign service agreement i.e. commence from 01 st April 2016. The document was done on stamp paper of Rs.100, which was purchased on 16 April 2016, so that agreement was void or what?

If pvt. Ltd. company has given its building on rent, then do we have to provide depreciation on same under companies act 2013. Do we have to take into account depreciation under income tax for calculating deferred tax as we cannot claim depreciation on rented property under income tax act.

In eform dir-6 i want to change address of the director so i select address as a type of change as per instruction kit it is compulsory to enter PAN but there is no change in PAN would i have to select Pan change in the type of change because without selecting pan change we can not able to enter pan plz guide

If a person is an non executive director of the company then can he be appointed as an auditor of that company since there is no provision in sec 141(3) regarding disqualification of director from acting as an auditor since non executive director is not in the employment of the company
Wheather he can act as an auditor of the company plz give explanation regarding my query thank you
