Appointment of company secretary in subsidiary company

As per Section 203 and Rule 8A (Appointment and Managerial Remuneration rules ) Rules 2014, Can Anyone provide me an opinion whether same Company Secretary become whole time CS in both Holding and Subsidiary Company?
If yes, then are we suppose to file Form MGT-14/ DIR-12/ MR-1 for same?

According to section 203(3), A whole Time KMP shall not hold the office in more than one Company except subsidiary Company at the same time.
So, yes he can be appointed in Subsidiary Company as well.
Yes he needs to file Form MR 1 within 60 days of appointment
MGT 14 within 30 days of appointment
DIR 12 within 30 days of appointment
So, yes he can be appointed in Subsidiary Company as well.
