Hi sir,
Foriegn citizen comes to India for employment and he want to purchases shares of Indian company ,whether the transaction includes fdi norms,?

permission is generally granted subject to the overall limit of 25% or 49% or 75 % as the case may be. The declaration to that effect is required to be made at the time of opening of the trading account with BROKER.
