Sir,
One of my friend sign service agreement i.e. commence from 01 st April 2016. The document was done on stamp paper of Rs.100, which was purchased on 16 April 2016, so that agreement was void or what?

Agreement is void due to stamp paper is post dated. u may execute ur agreement from 16th April (as per the stamp paper date.)

it is NOT void. It is voidable at the options of the party.
