what is the process for condonation of delay in filling form CHG-4 ? CHG-8 is eform or physical form?

Our firm is a corporate body. If our company is placing security guard, housekeeping
persons on contract basis. Then in this case can legal written contract is essential as per company law. If yes , then which section /rule please guide.

I would like to know what is the time limit for allotment of shares in the case of rights issue u/s 62(1)(a). I haven't any seen aything about time limit for allotment in the said section or its rules. Does the time limit for allotment mentioned in the case of private placement 42(6) is also applicable to rights issue?

Now there is a conflict between Mr Rk and Mr A..... So what shall be the steps to remove Mr Rk from xyz pvt ltd..if he not ready to compromise...

Dear Sir, My New Private Limited Company incorporated on 13/05/2016. We appoint our 1st Auditor on 13th June but we do not received our Company PAN CARD yet due to misplace of document by NSDL. So we send them again 28/06/2016 but I don't think we will receive our company PAN card soon, so what to do to open bank account for allotment of shares as per law within 60 Days from incorporation of company which is 13/07/2016? Please help me with solution.

unable to role check DSC...error being shown that name mismatch with institute records as PAN and DSC have expanded names and abbreviated name in institute records.
