Our firm is a corporate body. If our company is placing security guard, housekeeping
persons on contract basis. Then in this case can legal written contract is essential as per company law. If yes , then which section /rule please guide.

yes, it is required for that to do any work, or service under the contract act. nad for income tax and service tax act also.
