Is there any clause that director of OPC company cannot become the director of any other company?

nO THERE IS NO SUCH CLAUSE

and there is such clause that director of OPC Company cannot have more than one OPC?

nO THERE IS NO SUCH CLAUSE. bUT THERE IS THE CLAUSE THAT ONLY A NATURAL PERSON WHO IS AN INDIAN CITIZEN SHALL ELIGIBLE TO INCORPORATE A OPC AND CAN BECOME NOMINEE OF OPC AND SUCH A PERSON CAN BE BOTH MEMBER AS WELL AS DIRECTOR.
NO PERSON SHALL INCORPORATE MORE THAN 1 OPC OR BECOME NOMINEE OF MORE THAN 1 OPC. ( REFER RULE 3 OF COMPANIES INCORPORATION RULES )
