30 June 2016 A private limited company with paid up capital of 2 lacs , Turnover of previous year 6lacs does MGT 7 required to be signed by CS or PCS or is signing by director sufficient and acceptable.
Please mention the section of Company Act 2013 to refer and explain the concept of whose digital signatures are required for MGT 7.

01 July 2016 at the time of filing of MGT -7 , if your company is small company, then in FORM MGT - 7 , director can also be authorized signatory and signature of PCS is not a mandatory requirement. however, at the time of filing, if you on the signature checks, fill the particular of PCS, then the system will ask to sign by PCS otherwise by filing particulars of director, you can put signature of director
