one of my client company has incorporated in January 2016 his director wishes to make first financial statement for the period from January 2016 to 31/03/2016. as per company act, 2013 his financial year should be ended on 31/03/2017. but his voluntary wishes can't broke the limit imposed by company act, 2013.
he can do so or not ?? plz. guide

After uploading Forms INC 7 and DIR 12, an error message crept in saying: "Form ID is not present in eform". I used latest eForms, and there were no errors on using Prescrutiny option in the eForm. Please help.

if yes then what is procedure to add communication address in ROC ?

Under which head Biometric System will be covered? A) Electric Installations.
B) Office equipment? Also As per Income Tax Act For depreciation purpose Biometric System Will be covered in Plant and Machinery or Furnitures and Fixtures as the latter covers all kind of electric installations?
