04 July 2016 i got approval letter by filing inc 1 after that i called egm and got approval of mgt 14. please tell me now require inc 24 for obtaining certificate??? :

After passing of the resolution authorising name change of the company by the shareholders , you have to file Form INC 24 with the ROC with Minutes of the member's meeting attached with eform
