04 July 2016 There were 5 applicants at the time of incorporation and now one applicant want to quit and he wants to add name of his wife for incorporation , pl. guide me whether ROC will allow to change applicant i

04 July 2016 while filing INC - 7, there is an attachment CHANGE IN THE PROMOTER of the company. where NOC can be taken from the person whom want to quit. However, with the consent of other co - applicant, the same letter can be used for changed in applicant.

one more option available, incorporate a company with original subscribers and then transfer all the shares of the person to his wife
