Mca filing error

After uploading Forms INC 7 and DIR 12, an error message crept in saying: "Form ID is not present in eform". I used latest eForms, and there were no errors on using Prescrutiny option in the eForm. Please help.

this is a MCA technical error, try from some other time or do it from other computer or laptop. sometime it also worked

Need not to worry, its technical error of MCA, Just Change the computer, you will able to upload.
