Communication address for company

06 July 2016 Dear Sir,
can a company have different communication address from its registered address?

if yes then what is procedure to add communication address in ROC ?

06 July 2016 the company may by issuing board resolution open branch office or you may also say corporate office. where the communication is concerned, The company have registered office for the purpose of receiving all the communications. the option available, write down both addresses i.e. corporate office as well as registered office of the company so that Law also comply with your other requirements

but in form inc-22 no option is available for show both the address ie. corporate office and registered office.

is another form to be filled?

11 July 2016 see for change in register office of the company, the company needs to file INC 22, for opening of Branch Office of the company, A copy of Board resolution is to be taken on record and further It should be recorded in the Minutes book of the company too.
