I got a new co. registered & incorporated on 31.11.2009.

I got a copy of the Incorporation certifiacte through email on 01.12.2009.

Now i want to know whether i will receive a hard copy of the same through post/courier or not.

Is the soft copy which i received on email is valid for everywhere ?
