Hi..
Can any one guide me on following:

In a Private limited commpany has taken a loan from the director around Rs. 250000. Now the director is going to resign and he wants to forgo his loan.

What shall be done in this case?

what entry to be passed in the books of accounts of the company as well as in the books of Director(Individual)?

What are the tax consequences?

Can anybody guide me on the following issue:
I had applied for change of name of a company and paid the fees online. The name got rejected and i submitted form with other name. Am i supposed to make payment second time also?

company name on its common seal

Dear Experts,

The company name is NEW GENERATION FARMS (INDIA)PRIVATE LIMITED. Since it is so long, can it be used in the company's COMMON SEAL and other seals as NEW GENERATION FARMS (I) PVT. LTD. OR NEW GENERATION FARMS (I)(P) LTD.

Private Limited Company and proprietorship firm

Can a Private Limited company have proprietorship firm, as one of its division or concern, one of its director being the proprietor? How would be the liabilities of propritorship firm dealt?
