I got a new co. registered & incorporated on 31.11.2009.
I got a copy of the Incorporation certifiacte through email on 01.12.2009.
Now i want to know whether i will receive a hard copy of the same through post/courier or not.
Is the soft copy which i received on email is valid for everywhere ?

Soft copy is valid,now you are the registered company and all the contracts are binding on you from 30.11.2009 but not from the date you have received the copy of certificate of registration.

Wait for the hard copy of COI at your registered office only.
