dear sir /madam,
we hv a company which wants to hive off (other co) a segment with incorporation of another company. the segment is having term loan/res & surplus, revenue, debtor/creditors and other items, i want to know the how the bs will be made for the hived off company and the parent co, suppose total fixed assets wdvalue is rs.50 cr and parent co will have equity capiatl 2cr share @ rs.50 each.

How to note in minutes book of a subsidiary co.regarding inter corporate loan request from his holding company discussed in a board meeting of a subsidiary company?

Can anybody guide me what to do regarding following?
Form 1A was submitted online for change of name.
When i track transaction status it is "INVALID AND TRANSACTION CANCELLED"
Will the form be filed using resubmission or new submission will have to be done?
In case the answer is new submission i.e submission of fresh form then am i supposed to pay the fees again?

I got a new co. registered & incorporated on 31.11.2009.

I got a copy of the Incorporation certifiacte through email on 01.12.2009.

Now i want to know whether i will receive a hard copy of the same through post/courier or not.

Is the soft copy which i received on email is valid for everywhere ?
