Conversion of public co to pvt ltd and name change

i have a public ltd co (Say "AB Ltd")(shares not listed). now i want to change it into private ltd and also its name to "PQ Pvt Ltd". can i do both simultaneously or will have to do it one by one??
Also can you help me with the procedure of the same??

Record Keeping

Hi Sir,
We intend to destroy the documents related old fiscal year say year ended 31st March 2000 and earlier.Will there be any issue with this from Tax and legal perspective.Can you please suggest what are the Legal guidelines regarding this.

Registration of Charges!

A Company had filed Form 8 within the due date of registration but it had not attached a document relating to charge which it had created. the company had not made a reply to the document which the mca had asked for what will be the fate of previous registration since the time for revised form 8 date had lapsed?
