I had signed a BS for 2008 when I was holding full time COP. ROC annual return filing is pending for that year. Whether digital attachment of signatures in anual return forms would be possible because presently I am holding the status of part time COP.
I had tried but uploading of return is refused.
Pls guide.

Ofcourse you could not digi sign the document if you dont have COP. but what is "Part time COP", is it allowed ?????

Also DSC are generally given for 1 or 2 years. Please do check the validity of the DSC.

part time cop holder have not authority of signature/verification.
